You’ll be shaping the strategy of Zapier’s Partner Program and uncovering exciting, scalable ways to grow our user base together. About You
- You come with over 3 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least a year focused on partner marketing.
- You’re all about scaling success. You’ve successfully executed multi-channel campaigns & launch programs that engage hundreds or thousands of partners.
- You’re a natural collaborator. You’ve built relationships across departments and worked on intricate projects that unite different teams and stakeholders.
- Details matter, and you’ve successfully managed complex campaigns involving various contributors. You leave no stone unturned.
- You’re driven by results and love diving into metrics to understand how programs can be even more effective.
- Your passion shines when it comes to creating “partner joy” – you intuitively understand how to motivate and support our partners.
- You shine in problem-solving; you love diving deep to find the roots of challenges and implement practical solutions.
Things You’ll Do
Partner Communications and Engagement
- Dream up and roll out an engaging partner communication strategy – think newsletters, webinars, and targeted resources that keep our partners informed and excited to engage.
- Create and manage lifecycle flows to guide partners on their journey with Zapier, ensuring they receive the right info at the perfect moment.
Partner Enablement:
- Build and maintain an all-in-one partner portal that equips our partners to shine as they market Zapier to their customers.
- Gather and continuously refresh co-marketing assets, playbooks, and tools that empower our non-managed partners.
Partner Program Enhancement:
- Be a key player in refreshing our partner program, specifically focusing on user growth through our dedicated partners.
- Create exciting initiatives and reward structures for partners to inspire them to maintain integration quality and boost their user adoption of Zapier.
- Run experimental projects that push boundaries and help us identify new opportunities for creating value with our partners and that help us grow our partner channel
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with key stakeholders and teams to share the evolving needs of partners, fostering alignment and collaboration all around.
- Play an active role in developing our roadmap, overseeing campaign launches, and helping prioritize our strategic efforts.
Data and Reporting:
- Dive deep into analyzing campaign performance and partner engagement metrics to extract actionable insights.
- Share regular, detailed reports on how our programs are doing, along with strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.
