The deal pairs Gainsight’s leadership in Customer Success with the power of community-led growth, through inSided’s unique capabilities that drive product engagement and adoption, increase retention and build lasting customer relationships. inSided’s platform is currently used by hundreds of companies including Gainsight, Gong.io, ProductBoard, Sprout Social, Guru, and Zapier.

inSided (by Gainsight) is based in Amsterdam with offices in Manhattan, New York City. On both sides of the pond, we have a motivated and entrepreneurial team, who love to brainstorm on new ideas together, and regularly celebrate our continued success (ask about our champagne waterfalls 🍾). We currently have around 80 employees and are growing rapidly.

Product Marketing Manager 

As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for deeply understanding our products and market in order to effectively communicate inSided’s vision, market leadership, value proposition and differentiation. You’ll support a wide range of strategic go-to-market initiatives, crafting product positioning, market messaging and collateral. Your work will be directly tied to executive-level projects and priorities and have an immediate impact on inSided’s growth trajectory. This is a highly cross-functional role in which you’ll get to work closely with stakeholders across the product, marketing, sales, CS, services, and support teams globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute key go-to-market initiatives across inSided & Gainsight products
  • Craft clear, concise positioning that communicates the value of our products to various target audiences and personas
  • Enable the sales organization to effectively understand and sell our products
  • Orchestrate coordinated product launches, defining key launch activities and working with marketing and other cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to increase market presence and build pipeline and revenue
  • Create and manage a library of collateral for Sales and Marketing, including Datasheets, presentations, Webpages, etc.
  • Partner with Product Management to help shape product roadmap and vision
  • Analyze competitors’ offerings and create tools and training to help sales team position accordingly
  • Partner on pricing and packaging projects to help us effectively monetize our products while delivering maximum value to our customers
  • Deliver demos, technical content, and thought leadership presentations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of working experience in product marketing, including proven success in driving messaging, positioning and sales enablement.
  • Experience marketing world-class Software-as-a-Service products
  • Experience creating concise and effective content and collateral
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with a cross-functional team
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive to results quickly
  • Strong attention to detail; stellar project management and multitasking skills
  • Strategic thinker and ability to assess the holistic impact of potential initiatives to the business
  • Ability to get technical with data and the Gainsight product
  • Self-starter and enjoy a fast paced, high-impact, entrepreneurial environment
