Overview

We are looking for an Associate Website Operations Manager. 

The Associate Website Operations Manager will manage the web operations, oversee multiple websites within CST portfolio, and own user experience. They will provide day-to-day operational support to internal customers. This includes management of internal requests through a ticket management system, communication of vital information to internal stakeholders, basic troubleshooting of website production issues, and own website quality and standards. This position is responsible for delivering timely updates, UX enhancements, and drive best in class website optimization. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to build world class strategy and process to support our marketing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Utilize and maintain the CMS Kentico to update, edit, and optimize website content.

2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely publication of content.

3. Create engaging and compelling copy for website pages, blog posts, and other digital assets.

4. Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all online platforms.

5. Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance the website’s visibility and ranking on search engines.

6. Conduct keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.

7. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience.

8. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement UX enhancements.

9. Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates.

10. Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to implement changes that drive higher conversion.

11. Possess a fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make minor code edits as needed.

12. Coordinate with developers for more complex coding tasks and enhancements.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

1. 3+ years of relevant professional web management experience.

2. Expertise in Kentico CMS or relevant CMS experience.

3. Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, page performance/web analytics, and privacy.

4. Knowledge of HTML/CSS as well as responsive design.

5. Experience with Tag manager tools such as google tag manager or Tealium a plus.

6. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to project manage effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

8. Bias towards action and Ownership mentality: Someone who exhibits a strong results-oriented ownership mentality and owns both successes and failures/learnings in past experiences. Strong bias towards action and experimentation and ability to exhibit good judgment in ambiguous situations with imperfect data. We want someone in this role who is a “learn it all” as opposed to a “know it all”.
