A Day in the Life
As a Senior Product Manager at Rinsed, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings and driving the strategic direction of our software solutions. Reporting to our Head of Product, you will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class products that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.

A typical day for this role at Rinsed includes:
- Support Product Vision and Strategy:Â Collaborate with the Head of Product to refine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis:Â Perform competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Drive Product Development:Â Work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to prioritize features, manage product development cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Enhance User Experience:Â Partner with UX and design teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategies:Â Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor Performance and Drive Improvements:Â Track key performance metrics, gather user feedback, and analyze market trends to continuously iterate on product features and improve overall product value.
- Contribute to Product Leadership:Â Act as a thought partner to the Head of Product, providing insights and recommendations that influence product direction and strategic decision-making.
About You
You are a results-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You are passionate about building software products that solve real-world problems and enhance customer experiences. You bring a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects seamlessly.
You bring the following experience and expertise:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS products.
- Proven experience executing product roadmaps and managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of how to build products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with software engineering principles.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $190,000 – $208,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of applicable Rinsed plans. Rinsed provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations. Compensation may vary based on (a) location, as we factor in specific location when benchmarking compensation for most roles, (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications, and (c) individual candidate experience. We leverage current market data to determine compensation, and reserve the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law.
