Overview

The Senior Manager, Keepr Sales is responsible for leading and scaling the Keepr sales organization. This role is a hands-on people leader who ensures consistent execution of Keepr’s go-to-market strategy, drives accountability to activity and performance metrics, and supports the team in closing complex or high-impact opportunities.

This role manages a team of sales professionals operating across multiple verticals, including Treatment, Therapy, Family Law, and Criminal Justice, and serves as a critical link between senior leadership and front-line execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and coach Keepr sales team members, including senior and non-senior individual contributors

• Own team performance against defined KPIs and activity metrics (e.g., demos scheduled/completed, outbound activity, pipeline creation)

• Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins

• Ensure consistent use and accuracy of Zoho CRM for activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting

• Inspect execution of the Keepr go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment with senior leadership direction

• Support the sales team in larger, more complex, or strategic opportunities to help drive deals across the finish line

• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching plans to improve results

• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to share market feedback and execution insights

• Represent Keepr at key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows as needed

• Travel approximately 40–60% to support team members, attend meetings, and participate in industry events

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market roles

• 2+ years of experience managing and coaching sales professionals

• Proven ability to drive performance through metrics, accountability, and consistent execution

• Experience building or leading sales efforts in emerging or growth-stage products or markets preferred

• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems; experience using Zoho CRM preferred

• Ability to analyze activity and pipeline data to inform coaching and decision-making

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment

• Willingness and ability to travel 40–60%
