Reporting to the Director of Account-Based and Lifecycle Marketing, this position is critical in supporting Auth0’s Demand Gen and Growth engine, and their work will help scale the outbounding motion across Auht0’s Revenue organization and create tremendous pipeline.

Auth0 is seeking an experienced Sales Campaign Manager & Copywriter to scale the outbounding motion across Auht0’s Revenue organization and create tremendous pipeline through optimization, reports, insights, processes, and effective sales emails.

This cross-functional role is a skilled and effective writer, capable of quickly understanding outbound sales strategies, produce sales copy that engages the relevant personas and programs, and will collaborate with internal stakeholders in both sales and marketing to optimize the outbound sales strategies and processes.

The ideal candidate will be an execution machine, team-oriented, comfortable communicating across many audiences, and able to project manage multiple campaigns within a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Perform analyses to uncover areas of revenue opportunity, measure potential growth, work cross-functionally to develop ABM/ Lifecycle outbound programs, and develop tracking mechanisms (ideally in SFDC) to track execution and pipeline.
  • Develop, experiment, and implement outbound strategy and tactics across all outbound marketing programs.
  • Develop prospecting/outbound playbooks and training sessions in partnership with Sales Enablement.
  • Integrated prospecting planning across various marketing teams: regional demand generation teams, product marketing, growth, and etc.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospecting methodologies and processes to continually improve outbound tactics and the usage of ABM prospecting tools.
  • Understand how pipeline data is captured and how sales emails influence pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally with peers in GTM Strategy & Operations to incorporate their insights and align them in outbound programs/ tactics.
  • Optimize the Outreach Experience for ABM, Demand Generation, and Sales
  • Document essential processes, best practices, and rules of engagement that helps enforce those processes within the sales and marketing organization.

What you will bring:

  • Five plus years of general marketing/sales experience
  • Three plus years of sales copywriting and sales enablement experience
  • Two plus years of experience working closely with sales teams, sales operations and marketing leaders in a SaaS business.
  • Proven practical MS Excel skills (i.e. sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas, pivot tables).
  • Recent applicable experience with tools that create and house our data like Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
  • Recent experience with Marketing Outbound tools: 6Sense, Sendoso, Alyce, etc.
  • Exposure to Sales productivity tools (Clari, People.ai, Outreach.io).
  • Experience planning and executing meetings with Directors and VPs.
  • Healthy skepticism and curiosity – seeks feedback with an open mind and strives for deeper understanding through data.
  • The desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-starter that seeks solutions without being told. Delivers high-quality, accurate work on time.
