As the first team lead of the Revenue Operations Analyst team at Aurora, you will own the evolution of our business processes and Go-To-Market (GTM) tools that will help us accelerate to the next stage of our growth. You will guide a team of analysts spanning marketing, sales, and customer success driving focus on cross-GTM process and systems improvements while keeping critical business processes running smoothly. You will partner closely with other Revenue Operations teams: Program Management, Systems Administration, and Analytics to drive results.

What you’ll do:

    • Provide support and mentorship to our team of Revenue Operations Analysts
    • Guide Analysts in gathering and writing requirements for project development in their respective GTM domains, utilizing a detailed comprehension of relevant applications and process flows
    • Serve as the first point of escalation for project issues solving for root causes and taking care of problems before they become larger or ongoing blockers
    • Assist Analysts in user testing to verify that our processes and systems are designed and implemented to meet user requirements
    • Drive process and efficiency improvement for the Analyst team
    • Educate and evangelize best practices through a combination of written documentation, internal presentations, and proactive assistance for End Users and other stakeholders
    • Assist in the technical training and development of team members as part of team enablement

What we value:

    • Clear communication skills geared toward business processes and systems
    • Direct experience with GTM Operations spanning marketing, sales, and customer success
    • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gainsight
    • People leadership experience
