Lithic is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This is a highly collaborative role that will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams. This position will assist with developing and supporting our processes and tools to ensure the success of our GTM (go-to-market) teams.

Job responsibilities:

  • Keep the revenue team’s tech ecosystem running smoothly by managing licenses, enhancing data accuracy, and improving automation.
  • Translate operational processes into requirements and automations in our go-to-market tech stack.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to initiate and track marketing campaigns through Marketo.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting to support GTM teams. Build dashboards that report on key business metrics, and analyze sales & go to market data for insights.
  • Find opportunities and lead projects that drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies, particularly in system improvements, operational efficiencies, and scaling of processes.
  • Create process manuals and guides for training.


  • Sales/marketing operations experience.
  • Highly collaborative individual with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data fluency, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Operational mindset, with an eye for finding efficiencies and dedication to resolving bottlenecks and problems.
  • User administrator experience with Marketo or a marketing automation platform is preferred.
  • Experience managing Salesforce or a CRM is a plus.
