About You: We are looking for a pioneer to build out our renewals team who finds deep meaning and motivation in climate change mitigation to join our Success Team. Someone who values passion, leadership, inclusion, and transparency will be poised for success. We are a fast growing company who is expanding globally and is driven by our mission to help clients reduce their organization’s carbon footprint by empowering them with data. You can expect to dive right in as the Company is currently pursuing a growth equity fundraising round. As the company scales, you will play a key role in working cross functionally to establish a critical renewal process including processes and systems.

Responsibilities: Build out the renewals process for nZeroLead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationshipsPartner with customer success and the sales team to understand key decision-makers and current growth strategies to ensure an aligned voice to the customerNegotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align to customer goalsDevelop playbook for renewal engagement maximizing revenue retention

Qualifications: 7+ years of renewal or success experience preferably within an Enterprise SaaS / DaaS organizationSolid understanding of Enterprise SaaS / DaaS applicationsConsistent track record of achieving goalsHistory of thriving in a hyper growth environmentAbility to build and grow business in a strategic manner, i.e. creating new processes and initiatives Bachelor degree required
