Interplay is looking for a part-time Recruiter to help us scale our team. As a Recruiter, you will work with the Platform team to identify and pursue top-notch talent internally and for our portfolio. We don’t expect you to be an expert in all things recruiting, but if you have a positive attitude and are proactive, this could be the perfect role for you!

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to close, for both active as well as passive candidates
  • Build, maintain and improve recruiting processes and ensure high standardsProactively source new talent
  • Review inbound applications
  • Support the Platform team with interview scheduling and coordination
  • Communicate with candidates to keep them up to date on their candidacy
  • Keep our ATS up to date
  • Maintain an inbox-zero level of organization and proactive communication
  • Own the hiring strategy to find the best talent
  • Build and work with inclusionary recruiting practices
