You’re an organized, hardworking, and fun digital marketing pro who’s committed to using your skills to bring wisdom, inspiration, and thought to to the world of adoption, using voices from all sides of the adoption constellation.  You love a good email funnel, can repurpose content like nobody’s business (even with a little AI help), and you have a passion for planning and posting engaging social content.

‍You’ll use your creative, organizational, and communication expertise to plan and facilitate fresh and compelling content that furthers our brand’s online presence. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our CMO and CEO to engage our audience with content that is insightful, educational, and heart-centered.

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Managing all content including email campaigns, promotions, funnels, landing pages, social media, online Academy and more, with a clear understanding of our ideal customer avatar
  • Creating engaging social media content daily, in alignment with our brand
  • Planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily posts across social media channels (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, SMS text marketing platform etc.), including video content & reels
  • Interacting with communities via DMs, comments, etc.
  • Collaborating, planning and executing the content calendar while leveraging trending topics, hashtags, and user generated content
  • Reviewing analytics & and creating weekly reports on key metrics
  • Other duties assigned

This should describe you so well…

  • You or an immediate family member is part of the adoption triad, or you have worked in the adoption industry for years, with a clear understanding of the complexities and language of adoption
  • You’re familiar with the online business space and understand funnels, memberships, conversion events, tagging, targeting, etc.
  • You’re a planner and hella organized
  • You take Initiative & you’re forward-thinking (always looking ahead + thinking about downstream impacts)
  • You’re almost always on time and don’t like keeping anyone waiting
  • You’re detail-oriented and take the time to proofread your work
  • You’re 100% comfortable with most social media platforms and can’t wait for the next technology software to wrap your head around
  • You have excellent project management skills and are able to juggle multiple projects while communicating your timelines, and challenges, and you’re never afraid to ask questions
  • You have a constant pulse on new online and social media trends
  • You love marketing and personal development
  • You’re an effective, clear communicator in all formats and when it comes to writing you are conversational and persuasive
  • You care deeply about your work, colleagues, and the well-being of the company
  • You take direction well and are easily coachable
  • You are technology-savvy
  • You are creative and can design at least basic graphics – and if not, you can trust Canva to help you out
  • Working in a virtual environment is where you thrive
  • You do whatever it takes and the phrase “that’s not my job” is not a part of your vocabulary
  • You’re a born GO GETTER — always looking for ways to add value, do better work, improve efficiencies, build others up, and drive results
The targeted pay range for this job is $25-$35/hr, depending on experience, and will either be a contract position or part-time with an opportunity to continue growing with the company.
