The Role:

We are hiring an experienced Manager for our Customer Success team to support our Customer Success team members & work with our recruitment partners to maximize their return and experience on RippleMatch. The Manager of Customer Success sits at the center of our organization! Not only will you be Managing our high-energy Customer Success team, but you’ll also be helping to evaluate product usage, hiring results, and account health to execute on renewals and partnerships, maintaining one of our most important company-wide metrics.

What you’ll do:

  • Inspire the 4+ member team to be the best they can be
  • Set the team and individual members’ expectation and goals, while providing guidance and support along the way
  • Effectively hire new talent while maintaining the values and culture of the team
  • Manage internal & external projects with customers
  • Work closely with numerous internal teams like Sales, Account Management, Product Success, Solutions, and more
  • Identify areas of improvement in process, communication, and organization and implement effective, scalable solutions

RippleMatch is a remote-first company. We believe in helping to shape the future of work and creating accessibility to a great working environment for all, regardless of location. This means that all of our openings can be worked remotely. Our physical office is conveniently located near Union Square in New York City and all employees keep Eastern hours regardless of where they are based. All RippleMatch employees are encouraged to work remotely or come into the office as much as they want or not at all. To ensure the health and safety of our team, RippleMatch does require proof of vaccination for all employees.

We believe in maintaining a culture that can cut across distance to suit our employees who choose to be remote as well as those who prefer to come in office. We host monthly virtual events as well as monthly in-person events, team-wide virtual activities every month like Wellness Challenges, and a time to hear from our founders regularly regardless of location.
