Your Role

As a Performance Marketing Intern in the User Acquisition team it will be part of your responsibility to oversee demand generation and marketing efforts across all digital channels. You will help define the first impression of users, how they perceive FINN and support the team on data and automation topics. In addition, your efforts will drive user growth and build one of the leading automotive consumer brands. Focus particularly on channels such as paid social, paid search, display, OOH and TV.

Your Responsibilities

    • Generate demand: Grow the number of acquired users via all paid channels, while ensuring we meet our cost-per-customer targets.
    • Track and improve efficiency: Help to drive strategic decisions based on tests to optimize channel mix, CPA, and budgets as well as by automating recurring manual tasks.
    • Evaluate performance through reporting: Support the team in tracking and setting up reports to evaluate the performance of various channels and campaigns.
    • Build the FINN brand across paid online channels: Transform our brand and product offering into winning marketing campaigns and messages on paid channels.
    • Manage and drive your own projects: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.

Your Profile

    • Graduated or currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a top-tier university.
    • Experience in brand-guided performance marketing, ideally in B2C e-commerce environments and/or data analysis through university projects and/or internships.
    • Experience in SQL and/or programming.
    • Interest in finding innovative ways to automate manual tasks and make processes more efficient.
    • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
    • Top performer with an ability to execute targeted actions in a timely, goal-oriented manner.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and joy in precise working.
    • Proactive mindset with an ability to think outside the box and enrich the team with new, creative ideas.
    • Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
    • You are fluent in English.
