Are you a high-energy, competitive, driven sales professional with strong business skills and a natural desire to win? Sales reps on our Commercial B2B Team navigate complex, and lengthy sales cycles by building a pipeline utilizing trade shows and user conferences as well as internal/external leads. They are responsible for acquiring enterprise level partnerships that aid in growth for our organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • In the first 90 days demonstrate, high volume lead generation activity and appointment setting
  • Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing new business
  • Executing online and in-person product consultations clearly articulating the value-add of Gravity products and service
  • Focus on consultative selling while managing lengthy sales cycles
  • Manage relationships with multiple decision makers to include C-Suite level executives
  • Ensuring an active business pipeline that exceeds the strategic, quarterly and annual targeted growth projections for our merchant sales team by securing major accounts
  • Continuously shape their area of responsibility and market focus, changing approach when necessary
  • Attends trade shows, conferences, and other events establishing a presence in target vertical communities to identify new account opportunities
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the marketplace (competitor information, consumer understanding, current/future market penetration, etc.) and help drive forecast accuracy
  • Proven ability to negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements

Preferred Skills

  • You are a sales professional, hungry and experienced, solution-centric business development manager that will lead our efforts with strategic partners who has at least 2 years of prior experience driving and managing complex sales, preferably in a consultative B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment
  • Able to make multiple calls per day in order to follow up on existing and new leads
  • Must be available to take calls during normal business hours and outside of normal business hours when clients call regarding issues or questions to their accounts
  • High level of business acumen with well-polished strategic, relationship, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and prioritize strategic target account lists and defined verticals, and work alongside marketing and integrations team to develop and execute account plans
  • Experience overcoming objections and achieving channel growth targets
  • Ability to take copious amounts of detailed notes on every call that can be used by other departments to provide a high level of service
  • Have integrity, ensuring that business is conducted in an ethical manner
  • Have commercial focus, understanding customers’ needs and adding value
  • Experience using CRM and sales process, report on the status of accounts and transactions. Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus
  • Creating cases for every interaction with detailed notes is a must for success at the company

Technical requirements:

Must have access to a wired internet connection
Must have access to at least a 25 megabits per second (mbps) download and 20 mbps upload speed connection
Must be able to use a Windows Based PC or Mac

This is a fully remote position with travel required for attendance to conventions and trade shows.

The salary for this position is $100,000-$125,000. We are open to negotiating outside of this range if the desired salary aligns with the needs of the candidate and company. This is a salaried position with no commission.
