Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter to join our talent acquisition team based in Warsaw, Poland. This position will focus on hiring across the EMEA and UK regions. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and supporting onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional hiring trends, talent markets, and sourcing techniques.

In this role, you’ll get to: 

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the EMEA and UK regions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
  • Use multiple sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interview processes, and manage candidate communication.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely talent placement.
  • Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ashby to effectively manage and track the recruitment pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date with EMEA and UK employment laws and market trends to support compliant and strategic hiring.
  • Assist in employer branding activities to attract top talent in the market.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding processes for new hires.

 

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position: 

  • 5 to 8+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with exposure to hiring in the EMEA and UK regions.
  • Strong understanding of regional employment trends, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
