Plume is hiring an Executive Assistant with proven excellence in closely supporting C-Suite executives in a startup environment. While Plume is a remote-first environment, the EA will be required to support the CEO in-person as needed.. To thrive in this role, the EA will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize competing workstreams, and high levels of discretion.


  • Manage and maintain CEO calendar, including internal and external meetings, and recurring 1:1s with relevant stakeholders
  • Thoughtfully prioritize competing demands while maximizing focus-time for the founders- using good judgment and offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning needs
  • Manage inbox, calendar, and communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Proactively respond to urgent inquiries from internal/external stakeholders on the founders behalf
  • Attend internal/external meetings in partnership with the founders to take notes, drive the agenda, and track key updates
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly newsletter for Investors
  • Process and track expenses in a timely manner
  • Operate with exceptional attention to detail. Anticipate potential changes or shifts in priorities amidst simultaneous demands for attention
  • Schedule and coordinate complex meetings, including Board Meetings, Executive Offsites and ongoing strategy sessions. This includes but is not limited to, attendee communications and logistics, venue management/coordination, audio/video set-up and management as needed, catering, and program material preparation
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items as needed.
  • Handle highly confidential information and documents with discretion and confidentiality
  • Demonstrate an adaptive and flexible work style across varied types of senior level leaders and front line team members who are geographically dispersed
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned or one sees that they’re needed
  • Anticipates, communicates, and proactively engages with peers, founders, and others


  • 3+ years of high level experience supporting C-suite executives or company founders (startup experience is a plus!)
  • A strong team player, who thrives in a collaborative setting and has demonstrated success working well with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive, positive and personable with excellent communication skills and an upbeat, “can do” attitude
  • Willing to take initiative with confidence and accept feedback
  • Resilient, with ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work to deadlines
  • Discretion, diplomacy, and excellent judgment; high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong calendar management and prioritization skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suites and Zoom (Slack and Asana proficiencies are a plus!)
  • Experience with frequent international and domestic travel itineraries
  • Deep compassion and respect for the trans and non-binary experience
  • Ideally, the right person would be comfortable with frequent direct, face-to-face collaboration in the Denver area
