What You’ll Do: 

Huntress is seeking to add a Business Development Representative to join our highly collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential partners who have expressed an interest in Huntress. You will connect with them via phone and email to qualify and provide them with basic information about our products.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) with Huntress, you’ll work closely with management, our SDR (Sales Development) team, and our Account Executive team to share high-quality, highly engaged leads. You will work to hit your weekly goals and maintain Quality Assurance, all while demonstrating a commitment to growth within your role and on the team.


  • Achieve metrics by following processes and using multiple communication tools, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Use a best-practices approach to meet all inbound leads with prompt outreach highlighting our commitment to customer support and partnerships.
  • Answer all questions with honesty, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential partners by actively listening to their needs, making recommendations, and providing insight into the Huntress platform.
  • Use standard qualification processes to confirm our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) is satisfied and that our value proposition is understood.
  • Schedule quality sales appointments with the appropriate Account Executives.
  • Thoroughly document all interactions and prospecting efforts in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) while maintaining good data hygiene.
  • Regularly attend sessions promoting continuous growth and learning presented by the company on messaging tactics, pipeline management, and conversation skills.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with peers and management.
