We are looking for a highly strategic enterprise sales professional to join our rapidly growing B2B team. You will have the opportunity to be the CEO of your region, build your territory strategy, and bring Blinkist to the B2B market as part of our US expansion. You must demonstrate drive, grit, creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit – and be wildly committed to your client’s success.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers as well as develop account plans for new relationships
  • Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to leverage cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop strategic territory business plan
  • Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales
  • Possess a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process
  • Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors



  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, subscription-based or SaaS model selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge and experience selling to Learning & Development / Talent Development is required
  • Start up experience, you can work as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
  • Highly successful track record of personal sales performance selling into medium and large companies
  • Proven consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, forecasting, and driving quality opportunities to closure.
  • You have a hunter mentality and with demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and rapport
  • Experience presenting to varied audiences and the ability to understand and react to client needs, challenges, and objections
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with a top-notch customer service approach
  • Desire to work in an agile and free work environment. This role has a lot of freedom; you must be able to set individual work goals and work independently
  • Exceptional professional presence and business acumen
  • A flexible, creative growth mindset



  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelor’s in business, organizational development, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a SaaS sales environment
  • Knowledge of Human Capital Management, Talent Development, and/or Learning Technologies
  • Experience selling at the “C” level
