Overview

The Bilingual Digital Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received from both English and Spanish speaking customers.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm Central Time (CST), one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
  • Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
  • Maintain minimum quality expectations
  • Timely follow up on active prospect list
  • Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance.
  • Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
  • All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to type 30+ wpm
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
  • Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
  • Remote work experience preferred but not required
