Overview
Spark is hiring an Agency Contracting Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and responsible for ushering new agencies through the contracting process. This role requires experience working with high-priority clients and ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently. It requires an obsession with client success, driving efficiency, extreme attention to detail, and a passion for process.
Please Note: This role is based in the Eastern Time Zone or Pacific Time Zone due to the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new agencies through each step of the contracting process via Zoom
- Send follow up emails and schedule Zooms to ensure contracting completion
- Educate agency principals (AP) on process + next steps through the onboarding
- Define contracting timing & strategy for full agency hierarchy
- Leave detailed notes in CRM to enable Contracting Associates to accurately complete contracting for downline agents
- Serve as a subject matter expert of contracting
- Work cross functionally – coordinate with Account Managers, Contracting Associates, Tech, etc.
- Review deal for “Closed” requirements
- Flag opportunities for process improvement and identify how to solve problems with assistance from manager
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success, project management, account management, or onboarding/implementation role
- A passion for process, organization, and detail – nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for improving the user experience
- Curiosity & excitement to learn
- Spanish fluency
- [Nice to have] Experience in a start-up environment where you’re required to adjust on the fly
- [Nice to have] Experience working with medicare contracting
Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Spark. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Spark is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is listed below. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
Base Salary
$70,000Â –Â $90,000Â USD
