We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team at BenchSci reporting to the VP, Enterprise Sales.

You Will:

    • Drive the acquisition, negotiation, retention and expansion of sales through new customer development within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
    • Support prospecting and lead generation
    • Establish Quarterly Account Plans
    • Coordinate customer demos and presentations with our Scientific Experts
    • Manage and coordinate every stage of your opportunity, from prospecting to contract signature
    • Maintain accurate and updated CRM data
    • Provide accurate and timely updates on deal progression, funnel growth and forecasting through CRM, commercial meetings and snapshots
    • Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing to develop new strategies to enable client success

You Have:

    • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS and pharma/life sciences industry
    • Experience using SalesForce, HubSpot, GSuite
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and strategic thinking
    • Strong people skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Quick learner and focus on continuous improvement
    • Team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
