Overview

What you’ll do:

  • Drive revenue for CreatorIQ by owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close, onboarding, and revenue collection for mid-market companies.
  • Develop tailored strategies for identifying prospects, showcasing the platform’s value, and closing deals with multiple stakeholders to meet quarterly and annual goals.
  • Provide a consultative sales approach through understanding client needs, advising customers, and building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Own the entire sales cycle for new business, from prospecting to closing, and the post-sale relationship for your portfolio of Growth accounts, including ensuring that revenue is collected on signed deals.
  • Focus on measurable outcomes—pipeline generation, revenue, and forecast accuracy—while leading by example and inspiring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders, including marketing leaders and C-suite executives, to accelerate decision-making and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated and client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely collection of payments and address any billing issues with clients.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • At least 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Experience carrying a quota and exceeding goals
  • Natural relationship builder who is personable, patient and dependable—you enjoy working with prospects, and they enjoy working with you
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’re equally comfortable drafting an email, jumping on the phone, and leading meetings/presenting to large groups
  • Proactive in helping prospects with long term planning—you’re a solutions-oriented problem solver who gains satisfaction from ensuring prospect needs are met
  • Familiar with the tools we use, including Salesforce, Notion, DocuSign, Google Apps, Slack, and others, and you learn how to use new tools quickly
  • Experience demoing software, closing deals, and managing a pipeline
  • Ability to manage large extended teams consisting of product specialists, solution engineers, customer success, and training personnel
