We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to help our engineering team maintain and scale our innovative real estate investing software platform. The ideal candidate can wear multiple hats, think creatively, act independently, and become a leader within the organization.

Responsibilities

    • Work with key stakeholders to identify, scope, prioritize and deliver operational, scaling, and new feature work
    • Become a subject matter expert on the Investment Platform, using your knowledge to steer engineering and product decisions
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and document processes
    • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to drive technical solutions from concept to release
    • Triage issues raised by stakeholders and collect feedback from stakeholders on the performance of released software
    • Implement software development process improvements to allow for the rapid growth of the engineering team while still maintaining high levels of throughput and efficiency
    • Help the business develop and iterate on metrics and reports built with operational data and visualization techniques

Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or related field
    • 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Proficient with project management tools such as Jira

Preferred Qualifications

    • Approaches problems with a user-first mentality and desire to make the business better
    • Experience working with engineering teams to scope, develop, and implement technical solutions
    • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to identify problems, develop solutions and document processes
    • Experience implementing and iterating on software development processes
    • Proficient with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau
    • Familiar with SQL and able to write queries to pull data from a MySQL database
