About this role:

The Professional Services Technical Lead is responsible for supporting our customers and technical team by delivering custom solutions for our product-experience, demo-creation platform. They will join the tactical and technical arm of the Customer Outcomes organization as an advisor and lead of the Professional Services Consulting & Engineering team. They will report directly to the Director of Professional Services and collaborate with senior Customer Outcomes leadership to build a solid, Enterprise grade customer experience that differentiates Reprise from its competitors. This is a 100% remote role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the recruitment and development of Professional Services (PS) Consultants and PS Engineers
  • Provide expert knowledge and experience to estimate the technical effort required to implement complex solutions based on scoped/stated requirements
  • Contribute to high level technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of user requirements
  • Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of a project
  • Effectively leverage product capability, driving standardization, limiting customization, and maximizing reuse of content developed for previous solutions
  • Interact with the Product Team, Sales Team, Customers, and other cross-functional teams as required for the solution
  • Maintain & continuously update technical skills and knowledge
  • Work Independently as well as part of a team


  • Front end development experience, fluency in HTML, CSS, javascript
  • 3+ years of experience in pre- or post-sales Professional Services roles
  • 3+ years of experience in training/coaching teams responsible for delivery of technical services for a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated leadership skills by managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
