At Spline (spline.design), we are building a 3d-first design tool that works on the web.

We are just starting and we are looking for talented people who can help us build our culture, growth as a team, and solve technical/graphic challenges.

📚 Focus Areas

Senior UI Designer

  • You care about solving problems.
  • Research, analyze, and conceptualize ideas.
  • Design UI components
  • Lead the design team and work together with other teams.
  • Create design systems for the Spline app across different platforms.
  • Research and design testing/validation.
  • Work closely with developers and help us solve the technical/graphical challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience (+4years) designing interfaces on the web or native platforms.
  • Experience working on web-based products or mobile-based products.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS code.
