As a Senior Product Manager at AppOmni, youโ€™ll be working on a product that helps secure customers and their data โ€“ a challenging problem in an exciting part of the security industry that does not yet have many defined solutions. This position is an opportunity to take ownership of a key product lines within the AppOmni platform. You will be responsible for managing and growing the AppOmni platform which fundamentally helps customers address key SaaS security management concerns.

Leveraging your SaaS application experience, market, and customer research, you will develop an effective product roadmap to deliver a product that customers love. You will communicate the product roadmap to customers, collaborate with sales and customer success to capture customer feedback, and partner with engineering to drive the execution of product requirements.

You Have:

  • A strong technical background with a keen understanding of how software development teams work
  • You enjoy solving difficult technical challenges and delivering the outcome to customers to make their lives better. Deep domain knowledge of security disciplines or SaaS applications is essential
  • A proven track record of building and scaling a successful product and at least 5 years of product management experience.
  • The mindset that the best products are built through collaboration. You are a strong advocate for the brand and for the customer. You relentlessly focus on taking an outside in approach to product management
  • Excitement and eagerness to share the stories about your product with the rest of the team and across the security industry

In the Role

  • Identify and translate complex customer challenges into an exciting and innovative product roadmap
  • Write technical product requirements documents and discuss technical trade-offs with engineering
  • Drive product development in line with established success criteria based on the technical needs of our customers; work with design on delivering solutions that are intuitive and delightful
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Design, Marketing and, Customer Success to successfully execute product strategy
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and be accountable for success criteria and OKRs
