About The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, who thrives in fast-paced environments. In this role, you’ll take a holistic approach to marketing, testing, learning, and optimizing strategies enabling you to manage resources that efficiently align marketing priorities with Path’s business goals. You will drive our performance acquisition strategy for both patients and providers. You’ll shape our brand’s first impression for millions of patients and providers. You will be responsible for making sure mental healthcare works for everyone.

You Will 

  • Build the Performance Marketing function from the ground up and be responsible for the strategy and execution of our performance marketing campaigns across patient and provider
  • Drive growth through existing channels while testing and validating new channels
  • Evaluate performance of the program and individual channels, report on this analysis on a regular basis, and use it to continuously optimize our media mix
  • Develop and execute on experiments that drive efficiencies and growth through channel testing, audience targeting, creative, and messaging
  • Manage and maximize a marketing budget across multiple channels, optimizing return on ad spend
  • Collaborate closely with marketing peers and cross-functional teams across Path, including but not limited to Finance and Operations
  • Manage and support relationships with agency partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-Haves 
    • 7+ years of professional experience in the performance marketing space
    • You have built and led a performance marketing strategy from $0 to $5M+ in spend
    • You have managed large marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize ROI
    • You are an expert in paid search and have direct experience managing channels such as: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more
    • Highly analytical with proficiency in A/B testing and maximizing LTV/CAC
    • Experience managing relationships with various marketing agencies
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to optimize marketing assets and landing pages
    • Ability to support both brand and demand generation goals
  • Preferred 
    • Experience building and managing teams
