Revenue Operations Analyst (Marketing Operations):

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team, specializing in Marketing Operations. You will play a crucial role in supporting a stronger system and data infrastructure, as well as the Marketing team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their campaign efforts. You will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of our marketing automation tools and its data hygiene, ensuring the train never comes off the tracks. This position is highly tactical and ideal for someone who is excited to roll-up their sleeves and operate at the backend of marketing automation and sales systems. This role reports to our Revenue Operations Manager, and is remotely based in Brazil.


In this role, you’ll get to:

Marketing Automation Data & Systems: Own front-line triage for all marketing technology and data related issues Manage data standardization in our Marketing Automation Platform to ensure seamless data flow across our technology ecosystem, including deduplication, enrichment, cleansing, historical data backfillingAssist in the implementation and maintenance of marketing technologies and its integration with CRM systemsOwn continual upkeep of our MAP, both solving ad-hoc issues and proactively tackling technical debt Create and monitor system and data audit dashboards to proactively catch issues


Operations Support & Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our marketing operations workflows and processes, then propose recommendations and implement resolutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Provide support to Marketing on operational tasks such as data uploads, data cleansing & enriching, list creation, segmentation, activity tracking. Create and update documentation related to our marketing systems and processes.


Campaign Execution and Coordination: Manage campaign management execution and coordination including campaign set up, asset creation, list upload, list segmentation, report building.Collaborate with marketing colleagues to collect campaign requirements and project manage deliverables to ensure seamless execution and timely deployment.Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.




– Approximately 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role

– Domain experience in implementing and managing marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Hubspot, SFDC)

– Curiosity for pulling apart complex technical problems, diagnosing their root causes, and implementing a sustainable solution

– Strong understanding of data management

– Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement and escalate risks with strong attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture

– Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision

– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

– Proactive collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
