We’re Looking For A: Regulatory Specialist Intern who will provide support for current Regulatory Specialists in pet food, cosmetic, and dietary supplement spaces while also providing an immersive multi-industry experience for a person interested in regulations.
Location: Remote (Woodland Hills, CA)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete state registrations and tonnage reports for pet food products.
- Complete cosmetic product listings with the FDA.
- Maintaining matrices of registered products.
- Review and compile international regulation requirements for several countries.
- Collect and organize substantiation documentation for all industries as requested.

- Critical thinking and self-driven problem solving skills.
- Accuracy in completing legal applications.
- Organizational prowess.
- Attention to detail with drive for personal accountability.
- Ability to communicate complicated concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Excellent research skills.
- Internship/classes in related field, preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in progress, preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $17-$20/hour.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
