About The Role:

Our next Product Manager – Retention and Customer Intelligence will own and execute our strategy to improve member retention, engagement, and deliver a seamlessly impactful experience throughout our members’ lifecycle / journey. You will identify opportunities to create a sophisticated customer / member analytics ecosystem and operationalize data that can inform the design of interventions to drive business intelligence, improve patient experience, and opportunities to increase clinical efficiency / efficacy. Our next Product Manager of Retention and Customer Intelligence also has a passion for improving the access and quality of care to the transgender and gender non-conforming communities.

Must Haves:

    • 5+ years of Product Manager experience (with 2+ years at a telehealth company)
    • 3+ years of experience integrating tools to collect customer intelligence data
    • Experience developing meaningful interventions from this data to improve customer retention
    • Competency in User Research & Feature Design
    • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Nice-To-Haves:

    • AI/ML experience
    • A background in Data Analytics / Data Science / Statistics

Compensation

    • $115-125k Annual Salary DOE
