Overview

Noyo is the leading benefits infrastructure company, enabling seamless data connectivity across the benefits ecosystem. We believe every person should have access to great benefits that are easy to understand, easy to use, and have them covered when they need it most.

In service of that mission, we provide modern infrastructure to power the next generation of consumer health and benefits experiences. Like Stripe in payments and Plaid in financial services, Noyo makes it possible for developers to embed benefits into any app.

We are a rapidly-growing technology company backed by the best investors in Silicon Valley, and we are building a team of ambitious and creative people looking to change the face of benefits.

Noyo is a distributed company with teammates all across the United States. We have offices in San Francisco and Raleigh-Durham.

About The Role

Noyo has a large customer base of innovative insurance carriers, HR platforms, and benefits administration software companies who use our cutting-edge technology to improve the benefits experience for everyone.

As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and collaborate with our customers to execute co-marketing initiatives that highlight the value of Noyo and enhance our partners’ brands. You’ll work collaboratively with our customers and across Noyo Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create programs, messages, and content targeted to key audiences.  This role also includes sales enablement and creation of sales collateral including (but not limited to): slides, one-pagers, webinars, social media, blog content, and event sponsorship material. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to ensure that they can tell Noyo’s story, demonstrate our value, and engage prospects in new and exciting ways.  The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail and has an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into friendly language for our prospects and partners. The Partner Marketing Manager should be relationship- and results-driven, and will serve as a point of contact into the marketing organization for external partners.

What You’ll Do

    • Design and execute an outstanding Noyo co-marketing experience for partners, supporting them with the right engagement and resources as they onboard and beyond.
    • Drive creation of assets and collateral in collaboration with partner teams that highlight the value of Noyo, including presentations, case studies, sales tools, thought leadership, talking points, joint events, and more. Basically, you’ll make cool stuff that our partners want to use!
    • Develop practices, processes and procedures to scale and gain efficiencies in partner co-marketing.
    • Collaborate with our Director of National Accounts and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for relationship growth powered by co-marketing solutions.
    • Track and measure performance of co-marketing activities and share learnings with the rest of the team to identify the most impactful ways to drive customer activation, expansion, and satisfaction.
    • Understand our Sales team’s goals and collateral needs and creatively generate solutions.
    • Work with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Design, and Product Marketing to create beautiful, effective sales tools.

What We Are Looking For

    • Strong proficiency in B2B marketing, communications, sales enablement, or customer success management experience at a SaaS or technology-focused company.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a well-developed eye for professional polish and enterprise-grade presentation.
    • Strong interpersonal and partner relationship management skills.
    • Proven experience defining co-marketing plans with partners, gaining partner and internal alignment, and delivering on deadlines.
    • Experience working with B2B sales teams; preferably in technology, infrastructure, or platform companies.
    • An organized approach to managing complex initiatives and keeping multiple parallel initiatives on track.
    • A self-starter who is excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment; you’re comfortable solving tough problems on your own, but you know when to ask for help.
    • API, employee benefits, or insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required!

What You’ll Love About Noyo!

    • You will work on innovative technology that positively impacts everyday people.
    • You will be challenged technically and work with a team that prioritizes career growth.
