This is a role focused on the ownership of our paid media executions. You will be responsible for the activation, optimization, and improvement of paid search, paid social, video, display, and other audience-based media activations. This is an in-house execution role with hands-on media optimization as a core responsibility.

You will be assisted by a department with expertise in analytics and insights, demand generation, content development, copywriting, and product positioning.

The core of this position is the management of paid media with the goal to generate quality leads within our target market. This takes the form of management of evergreen campaigns, working with the Demand Generation team to deploy ABM initiatives, building remarketing cycles, and working to improve the acquisition of leads overall. You’ll also play a key role in the continued evolution of the go-to-market for the organization overall, including product-lead growth.

What you’ll do:

    • Manage paid search campaigns, hands-on
    • In concert with the rest of the Marketing team, develop paid media integrations for demand generation campaigns
    • Execute audience-based media campaigns, paid social, OLA, and OLV.
    • Work with the analytics team to derive market insights from media performance data
    • Work with the website/CRO team to improve full-funnel performance
