The Role

We’re looking for several smart, self-motivated, problem-solving Mid-Market Sales Development Representatives to join our Sales team. This is a fast-moving, fun-loving, relaxed sales organization. We are hiring positive individuals who thoroughly enjoy the sales process and helping our customers. The SDR position helps build a strong foundation of sales skills and product knowledge to prepare for upward mobility into additional closing roles within our sales department.

This person will be the first line of communication and will set the tone by communicating with C-Level and Executives on the value that CompanyCam can bring to the prospects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, establishing new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. Every potential customer is an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

In this role you will…

  • Proactively prospect new mid-market sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through qualified lead generation.
  • Target ideal customer profiles and ideal customer titles.
  • Responsible for demand generation within assigned territory
  • Make 60-100 phone calls and book one demo per day for Account Executives.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual  forecast).
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows and events (up to 2-3 nights/month).

  • Reside permanently and currently somewhere in the U.S. Sorry, we’re not hiring outside the US at this time even if you’re willing to work during US time zones.

Compensation: This is a salaried position at CompanyCam.Our starting salary is $37,000 and is based on experience. Our average on target earnings (OTE) is $49,000 with uncapped commission.  We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
