What You’ll Do: 

As the Marketing Operations Specialist at Bigleaf Networks, you’ll help drive the lead generation and new account acquisition efforts of the sales and marketing teams. You’ll be assisting the development, execution, and maintenance of campaigns in our marketing automation platform, ensure leads flow accurately, ensure database accuracy and quality, and monitor and report on campaign performance. You’ll also track user engagement and activity across the marketing tech stack and suggest recommendations for program improvements based on datapoints.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously. You will live and breathe marketing automation and help us create efficient processes and workflows in our systems. Reporting on outcomes and helping the team optimize campaigns is pivotal to the success of the marketing team.

This position is 100% remote! 


  • Design, execute and operationalize lead management processes
  • Own and maintain Bigleaf’s marketing attribution in marketing automation system
  • Responsible for lead data quality across marketing systems and enrichment process
  • Design operational workflows to support all marketing programs, leveraging our marketing automation & CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, and NetSuite)
  • Develop and execute marketing database strategies in relation to segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness
  • Suggest improvements on data management, lead management and marketing campaign strategies
  • Track performance within the marketing automation system
  • Pull key marketing metrics and create reports to measure performance on marketing activities such as budgets and campaign results
  • Analyze existing data and historical trends to provide insights into program effectiveness and best practices
  • Perform a comparison of current programs over past performance and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth
  • Test and optimize campaigns using A/B tests, multivariate tests, conversion tracking, and other analytics
  • Create, test, and optimize landing pages, emails and calls-to-action
  • Maintain marketing tech stack and manage user access 


  • BA/BS Degree or Experience Equivalent 
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems (Hubspot and Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills—must have both an interest and skill in analyzing and making meaning out of data and translating that into actionable changes
  • Strong communication skills—verbal/written/interpersonal. You will be a liason between the marketing, sales, and sales operations teams.
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Intermediate level Excel skills
  • A mindset for optimization and testing, with a track record of constantly optimizing various programs and testing new ways of executing
