About the role:

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Manager to help us develop the overall lifecycle communications strategy across the entire customer journey, including lead generation, nurturing, opportunity acceleration, and up-sells and cross-sells. Working with partners in product marketing, analytics, sales, and customer success, you’ll help craft customer journeys that move people to take the right action at the right time.

What you’ll do:

    • Design and implement email, chat, + in-app campaigns and sequences, using a tech stack that includes HubSpot, Outreach, Gainsight, and Pendo
    • Create nurture campaigns that support the buyer’s journey and deliver warm leads to the sales team at the appropriate moment
    • Collaborate with the go-to-market team to create customer journeys and support their delivery by identifying target audiences, growing our email database, and creating and use segmentation and dynamic content to deliver personalized messaging
    • Manage and report on campaigns and results, and use analysis to iterate and establish best practices
    • Implement a practice of testing including elements like subject line, layout, sequencing, call-to-action, and content
    • Coordinate deliverables, establish deadlines, manage a QA process for email communications

What we value:

    • Acting as a student of our customers and market, and the ability to translate that understanding into effective, tailored communications
    • Prior hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in a marketing automation platform
    • A quantitative mindset
    • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
    • The ability to connect business goals with campaign objectives and a focus on driving results through those campaigns
    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
