The Role:

Come join the RippleMatch team as our first Finance Analyst and help us grow RippleMatch and make smart, well-informed, strategic decisions for the future!

What you’ll do:

  • Update and maintain financial forecasts, with an eye to improving accuracy and supporting strategic business planning
  • Develop and communicate monthly and quarterly variance analysis for key internal stakeholders
  • Assist with preparation of Board and investor communication
  • Perform ad hoc modeling and analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Assist with other financial operations and monthly close tasks
  • Help manage budget and long range planning processes

Who you are:

  • A professional with 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Banking
  • An analytical thinker with experience in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • An expert at Excel with solid knowledge of Powerpoint
  • You have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • A collaborative teammate with strong cross-functional communication skills
  • A motivated problem solver with a drive to get things done

RippleMatch is a remote-first company. We believe in helping to shape the future of work and creating accessibility to a great working environment for all, regardless of location. This means that all of our openings can be worked remotely. Our physical office is conveniently located near Union Square in New York City and all employees keep Eastern hours regardless of where they are based. All RippleMatch employees are encouraged to work remotely or come into the office as much as they want or not at all. To ensure the health and safety of our team, RippleMatch does require proof of vaccination for all employees.

We believe in maintaining a culture that can cut across distance to suit our employees who choose to be remote as well as those who prefer to come into the office.
