To drive retention, the product engineering team currently focuses on helping users get the most out of Replit. Recent projects include making profiles more customizable, re-launching Teams for Education as a free product, building a search engine, and standardizing on a design system.
The key qualification for leading a product engineering team at Replit is a passion for growth: growing the userbase, growing the team, and growing each engineer on the team.
