About The Role

Noyo is rapidly growing adoption of its core products, and as we expand into new areas of the market, we’re excited to scale our demand generation and account-based marketing strategy.

As a demand generation specialist at Noyo, you’ll be a key member of the marketing team helping us execute go-to-market campaigns, test and validate new messaging, and achieve our brand awareness and lead generation goals. You’ll work closely between marketing and sales to ensure we are reaching the right audience with the right message in the most efficient ways possible.

The ideal candidate is a “do-er” capable of diving into our marketing stack and identifying opportunities to automate processes and test new, creative tactics. You take a multi-channel approach–whether it’s an email drip series, PPC campaign, or account-based strategy–you’re comfortable adapting content and measuring results in a scalable way.

If you’re a digital marketer with demand generation experience in the B2B SaaS space, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

    • Create and optimize email campaigns and landing pages for all stages of the funnel. Set up systems within our CRM/marketing suite to automate processes and improve performance.
    • Develop and scale paid media campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn, Adwords, Twitter, and more.
    • Plan and promote top-of-funnel programs (content, webinars, events) that help create awareness and generate qualified leads. Ensure a clean hand-off of new leads between marketing and sales within our CRM.
    • Draft and edit copy for ads, social media, and our website. Set up A/B tests to validate new messaging.
    • Contribute to the marketing team’s reporting and pull analytics that supports the team and company goals. Tell us the most important metrics to track, how to track them, and how to improve them.
    • Be a marketing strategy partner. Work collaboratively across marketing, sales, and product to help us create and execute high-impact campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

    • 2+ years of demand generation, campaign management, and reporting experience, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company or an agency.
    • Experience using Google Analytics, modern web CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, etc), and B2B advertising tools (Adwords, LinkedIn campaign manager, and other core channels)
    • Direct experience with CRM databases & email automation tools, which may include HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Zoominfo, or other similar platforms.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing channel best practices, such as design specs, source attribution, link tracking, conversion event set up, and email series automation.
    • Demonstrated history of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, design, sales, and customer success.
    • Must be a self-starter who is excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment; you’re comfortable solving tough problems on your own, but you know when to ask for help.
