As a Channel Account Manger you will be responsible for developing and managing channel sales strategy and partner engagements for revenue generation. The Channel Account Manager will be strategic in developing partnerships with distributors, consultants and industry influencers as well as other channel partners to drive net new revenue.


  • Develop and manage channel sales strategy and partner engagements for revenue generation in Eastern US markets
  • Align Channel strategy to complement and enhance company’s direct sales model to drive incremental and net new revenue
  • Identify, qualify, develop and recruit partnerships with system integrators, distributors, consultants, industry influencers and other channel partners
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts

What You Bring

  • Minimum five years of channel sales experience for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, Cybersecurity or cloud
  • Familiarity with a start-up environment, Flexible approach
  • Solid cyber security & direct enterprise sales experience
  • Consistent track record of sales and generating significant revenues

Organizational Alignment

  • Reports to the North American Channel Account Director
  • Supports East District Sales Manager
  • Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
