We’re Looking For A: Ambassador Marketing Intern to support the Ambassador & Influencer Marketing Team, helping oversee brand ambassador programs and influencer campaigns for several direct-to-consumer brands in the=wellness, pet and beauty space.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA or Remote

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Interact with our community of ambassadors via social media & email. Providing valuable feedback, product knowledge, and customer service. Assist in the creation of educational resources and social media content around the brand & products, supporting our ambassadors’ growth and success.
  • Oversee communications for ambassador and influencer campaigns such as giveaways, challenges, video testimonials, and content pushes.
  • Competitive Research of ambassador marketing programs to help develop our program’s reach & engagement.
  • Track results of current ambassador marketing campaigns and assisting with daily revenue updates
  • Assist in sourcing influencers for specific brand campaigns, working cross functionally with social media, video and media buying teams.
  • Assist team in management of product gifting program with current list of influencers & brand ambassadors.
  • Recruit new ambassadors to support program goals and track outreach results.
  • Collect Influencer and Ambassador UGC from various platforms and organize in corresponding drive folders.

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

  • Superior attention to detail
  • Written communication experience
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva or Photoshop
  • Self-starter who is not afraid to be assertive and take initiative when applicable
  • Current enrollment in an accredited 4-year university
  • Currently majoring in communication studies, marketing, or PR
