We are growing fast, having just closed our Series A. We are hiring an Academy Solutions Architect to play a key role in setting up our customers for success with professional services and learning experience design to help our clients set up their Talent Academies. You will partner with the Customer Success, Sales and Product teams to create custom demos of Talent Academies and advise our clients and prospects on learning design best practices specifically for their Custom Programs and Academies. As we onboard clients, you will support the Customer Success team in implementing the Academy solutions and play a key role in product training, managing implementations, and providing professional services on learning design for Custom Programs and Academies.

This position will report directly to our Vice President of Customer Success and can be based remotely in the United States. Learn In has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as a 2022 Best Workplace, and a leader in the education industry. Come work with us!

What you can expect to do:

  • Be our resident client-facing subject matter expert on learning experience design, instructional design, adult learning theory, training and development, and upskilling best practices;
  • Manage multiple relationships with employers, managers, and employees;
  • Project manage large-scale Academies for enterprise clients and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and resources across internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of those projects;
  • Identify knowledge gaps through in-depth research, including consultations with clients & decide on the most suitable modes of instruction;
  • Design, build, and run Learn In Academies and Custom Programs on behalf of clients;
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to set up mock Academies and demo examples live.

What you bring to the team:

  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different internal and external teams, and managing multiple projects across stakeholders;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Demonstrable experience as a Learning Experience Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer;
  • Have a design eye is a plus;
  • Deep understanding of learning design best practices and can consult with companies when they are building and designing custom programs;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organization;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the need to prioritize and execute;
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction, and comfort with the ambiguity that comes with working at a startup;
  • Experience in client-facing roles with high-touch, long-term relationships from enterprise SaaS client services, customer success, professional services, or B2B partnerships a plus;
  • Experience using customer success systems (e.g. Salesforce, ZenDesk) is a plus;
  • Passion for or knowledge of the future of work and education is a plus.
